Straighten up: Straight Handstands for Bendy PeopleIN PERSON: 2 hours | Designed for 6-8 students
ONLINE: 1.5 hours | 5 person max. This workshop breaks down handstands, reviewing hand placement, shoulder and body alignment, and how to properly engage your muscles to maintain balance. Catie will instruct students on how to use their flexibility to master handstand presses, including straddle, tuck, and split presses. Students will also be provided with the tools necessary to build strength and muscle coordination in order to continue to practice on their own. This workshop is recommended for students who are already able to do splits comfortably. |
