​​TARGETED FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
Designed to safely and effectively increase flexibility in targeted areas.
All training plans come with a 1-on-1 online consult with Catie Brier herself.

​With these programs, you will receive a personalized training plan to focus on either leg or back flexibility, plus a 45-minute consult with Catie which will be conducted on Zoom.

​The program is yours to use for the life of your training - plans never expire and they create a great foundation! Your training plan will come with photos and descriptions of each exercise, and during your consult, you will go through the entire program with Catie ensuring you know how to make the exercises work best for your body.

LEG FLEXIBILITY TRA​INING PLAN
​Plus one 45-minute consultation

​This plan will cover leg warm up, stretches and active flexibility exercises to increase leg flexibility and to help you achieve better lines in the air or upside down. You will receive a personalized training plan of 15-20 exercises, complete with photos and descriptions of all the exercises.

BACK FLEXIBILITY TRAINING PLAN
​
​Plus one 45-minute consultation

This plan will cover hips, back and shoulder warm up, stretches and active flexibility exercises, with a heavy focus on upper back activation and back bending safety. You will receive a personalized training plan of 15-20 exercises, complete with photos and descriptions of all the exercises.

​Registration for this training opens every 8-10 weeks (view registration calendar here), and students will receive their training plans within 14 days of signing up.
Once the training plan is received, training can begin immediately!

Please note that available appointments for this training are already completely booked until early 2022. So although your consult won't occur immediately, you can email Catie with any questions you have about the training before your consult.

FAQ


HOW DO I SIGN-UP?
Registration for this training opens up every 6-8 weeks. Registration will only stay open until all of the available consult dates are booked, so I recommend acting fast! You can find the 2021 registration dates on this page, as well as a step by step guide on the sign-up process.

WILL I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MY CONSULT TO GET MY TRAINING PLANS?​
No! You will receive your training plans within 14 days of signing up, and you can start your training as soon as you receive them.


AM I TOO OLD TO BENEFIT FROM THIS TRAINING?
Whatever your age, the answer is NO! The majority of those who do this training are between 20-40, but I have had students in their 50s and 60s who still see great progress.

HOW LONG WILL EACH TRAINING PLAN TAKE TO COMPLETE? 
Each plan takes roughly an hour. Once you get used to the training, it may go down to about 45 minutes.


HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK SHOULD I DO THIS TRAINING?
I recommend doing this training at least 3 times a week, and eventually going up to 5 days once your body starts to get used to the program. But if you are only able to commit to once or twice a week, you will still be able to benefit!

ARE THE CONTORTION STRONG PROGRAMS INCLUDED?
They are not. The Contortion Strong programs are really great additions to this training though! There is little to no overlap in the Targeted Flexibility Training and Contortion Strong programs, and I do recommend getting them and using them before/after the full training plans.


SHOULD THE PLANS BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER?
Yes! The plans are designed to be done in full, in order each time you do them.

SHOULD I DO LEGS AND BACK ON ALTERNATING DAYS? OR THE SAME DAYS? 
If you sign up for both legs and back, ideally, you would do the plans back to back on the same day. But it’s completely understandable for you not to have a full two hours to devote each training day! If this is the case, you can do legs and back on alternating days. If you are only able to do alternating days, I would HIGHLY recommend adding my Contortion Strong programs to your training as well (each of those programs only takes about 10-15 minutes to do once you know the routine). This will make your training time even more beneficial.

HOW MUCH PROGRESS CAN I EXPECT TO MAKE?
​The amount of progress made is highly dependent on your body and how much work you put in. For some people, they see BIG changes within the first month, for some they might not see big changes until 3 months. As long as you do the training and focus on the technique, you will improve with this training!

HOW DO I CONTINUE PROGRESSING? WILL I GET UPDATES TO MY PLANS?

The plans will not be updated, BUT, you can schedule additional 30-minute check-ins where we will be able to add progressions as necessary, and continue to ensure correct technique. After the included 45-minute consult is complete, these 30-minute sessions will be available at a discounted rate of 55€ (Regular price is 60€).


ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Not at this time, unfortunately. But you can purchase gift cards in smaller increments for this training, which can be then be combined and used to purchase whichever package you choose.​ (If you have multiple gift cards, they will need to be combined by us before use. Please email us here before registration so we can combine your codes.)
