New 15 and 30-minute sessions, specifically for advanced and targeted training.
Online sessions with Catie are conducted over Zoom (a video conferencing app like Skype, but more reliable!)
30-minute sessions are ideal for more advanced students who are already able to do cheststand, forearmstand or handstand, but are looking to troubleshoot tricks, need help with technique or training structure, or learn how to train advanced skills more effectively.
You may also use one of these sessions if you are wanting to improve flexibility in just one area, like middlesplits or shoulders, but do not need a full flexibility curriculum to follow. During these 30-minute sessions students will be given personalized exercises to target the specific areas that need work.
15-minute sessions are ideal for those with flexibility related questions that need answering, or are seeking advice about the best online training options. These sessions are for discussion only and will not include exercises and drills.
These sessions are purely dealing with technique and approach for contortion/flexibility training. Students will not be given a full training plan.
