Intended for students of all levels, this 90-minute workshop will focus on alignment and technique to teach students how to safely stretch on their own. We will break down the differences between passive and active flexibility, while providing exercises and sequencing for both.

Designed to take students to the next level in accessing their flexibility while training and performing, this 90-minute workshop is ideal for those who already have advanced dance, acrobatic, or aerial training. This class focuses on technique, providing students with practical exercises to help them access their entire range actively.
At least 2 splits comfortably flat on the ground
A good understanding of “square” hips
Oversplits are a plus but not required

This 90-minute workshop focuses on the fundamentals of back flexibility with an emphasis on safe and effective exercises. There will be a lot of work on the elusive upper back, as well as drills and technique for using your whole back, hips and shoulders to achieve a beautiful, healthy backbend.

1.5 hours | 2 person semi-privates or 3-6 person workshops
Because contortion tricks are so specific to each person, contortion workshops (focusing on tricks and advanced flexibility) are only offered as private, small group workshops or semi-private lessons.
Any group of similarly leveled students with shared goals can request a 3-6 person small-group private workshop, or 2 person semi-private. This is a great option for more advanced students looking for detailed technique and progressions. Students will be asked what the goals and skill levels are of the group are, and our time together will be tailored to help students accomplish those goals! It is HIGHLY recommended that students who do these options also attend the leg and back flexibility workshops beforehand.
